Bridgeable
In 2022, Bridgeable responded to an RFP from a provincial health authority outlining their interest in co-creating a library of documents that would assist in the design and build phase of a new, on-of-its-kind care facility (hospital), serving children and families with complex needs across multiple provinces in Canada. Over the course of this 6-month project, the Bridgeable project team consisting of Carly Woodward, Kaamil Ajmeri, Rebecca Ellison and myself, created multiple assets including a 73-page program design playbook, 6 design principles, a program map showing how many families and caregivers will travel through and experience the program, a key moments map outlining current-state gaps in the provincial health system, and 7 social commitment posters to publicly commit to providing quality and equitable care for all. To maintain confidentiality, the client name and some additional information has been redacted in the documents below.
