MatchPlay Golf

The founders of MatchPlay Golf had the same troubles as many golfers. They often wanted to play a quick 9 holes at the end of a work day, find some new friends to play with, or even try out a new course while on vacation. As much as they enjoyed playing their local course with the same group of friends, they wanted more variety in who they played with. Especially when it came time to try and find someone who has a similar skill level. Whether you're a scratch golfer or a beginner, a young person trying to network over 18 holes, or a woman looking for more women to golf with, MatchPlay Golf is reinventing the way golfers connect with one another for a round. Use patented features like MatchFinder, where users can filter golfers within their desired proximity by age, skill level and more. As a golfer myself, I was thrilled to help create all assets for MatchPlay. From creating a versatile and playful brand identity, to designing their app interface to ensure every feature was easily accessible, to designing some awesome merch items, the founders and I had an absolute blast setting up MatchPlay for success upon launching in late 2023.
